You'll need to give legal names of passengers that match their passports (passports required), address, phone, Email address, cabin type, birth dates, hash names and credit card information.
All confirmations, updates and silly hasher pre-cruise dialog will be sent by E-mail.

Note: Credit Cards are the preferred payment method.
Checks will be accepted, however any refunds from check payments
cannot be paid until approximately four weeks after sailing.
Also, all checks will be processed electronically and the original check voided and kept on file.
Name changes are allowed at no charge until 70 days prior to sailing.
Name changes within 70 days of sailing incur a $50 fee.
There will be a $35 per person administration fee for any cancellations.
The Cruise Line fees are as follows -
61days or more prior to sailing - Full Refund
30 to 60 days prior to sailing - $200 per person
8 to 29 days prior to sailing - 50% of the cruise rate per person
7 days or less prior to sailing - No Refund
Trip Protection insurance is available which would reimburse you for any cancellation fees for cancellations due to medical or family emergency reasons. This coverage also covers expenses for trip interruption, lost or delayed baggage, and medical expenses not covered by your health insurance policy. This insurance is optional. Information at

Following life boat drill - Return to your cabin and put on your
Carnival bathrobe. Go to the nearest bar and order the drink of your choice. Champagne might be a good idea! Then, we'll all meet in by the aft stairwell (near cabin 7284) on Empress Deck 7 for our Ghetto Hall Bathrobe Bon Voyage toast. We will raise a glass and toast to the start of our hash cruise adventure. Then, we will head up to the sun deck of the Destiny, port side, to socialize as we watch our ship depart from the port of Miami. Dress - Carnival Bathrobes.
6:30 p.m. - Welcome Aboard Party, Downbeat bar, Deck 5. Games & prizes! Dress - Hawaiian Shirts
Sunday Jan. 17th
Day at Sea - Bake on the Sun Deck, Participate in Pool Games or Other Activities.
3:00 p.m. - Onboard hash. Start location TBA
Night - Captain's Cocktail Party and Formal Dinner
Late Night Formal Hash possible
Monday Jan. 18th
9:00 a.m. - Arrive in Ocho Rios, Jamaica
9:45 for those doing the hash, meet on the pier. Bring money for taxi, beer, lunch and park entry.
5:00 p.m. - Depart Ocho Rios
10:30 pm - Feeling Groovy 70's party. Location TBA. Dress - 70's
Tuesday Jan. 19th
8:00 a.m. - Arrive Grand Cayman
Stingray City or other tour
4:00 p.m. - Depart Grand Cayman, take over water slide until they shut us down.
Wednesday Jan. 20th
Another Day at Sea - Rest and Recover or Party On.
3:00 p.m. - Jamaican Me Crazy Farewell Party Location TBA.
